Cases where English has capitals but Spanish does not

With adjectives of national, regional and personal origin:

un vino peruano a Peruvian wine

una fiesta andaluza an Andalusian fiesta

un tema borgesiano a Borgesian theme

With days of the week and months of the year:

los lunes on Mondays

en mayo in May
