Activity
Develop a plan to introduce and manage a change in your program based on the
adaptive leadership model described above. In your plan remember to address
the following:
- What is the challenge?
- What are the key issues?
- How will you frame these and focus attention?
- How will you secure ownership?
- How will you manage conflict and stress to ensure progress towards your goal?
- What strategies will you use to create safe havens for those most affected by the change?
