Christine Hassler

“A lot of us say that we want to inspire others, but in order to do that, we
have to feel something inspirational inside of ourselves first.”

Christine Hassler is a life coach, author, inspirational speaker, and
consultant based in Los Angeles. Hassler supports her clients in
answering the questions of “who am I, what do I want, and how do I get
it” from an authentic place. She brings her experience as a coach,
entrepreneur, and businessperson to individuals and corporations to help
them manifest both higher productivity and pleasure in and outside the
office. Hassler loves to work both sides of her brain, creativity and
intellect, and is inspired by connecting with people.
After graduating from Northwestern University, Hassler began her
career in Hollywood working through a hodgepodge of low-paying, but
resume-building, jobs. She landed at Michael Ovitz’s Artist Management
Group and became a television literary agent at the age of 25. She was
successful, but not passionate about what she was doing.
Her first book, Twenty-Something/Twenty–Everything (New World
Library 2005), was born out of her own unexpected challenges and
experienced and propelled her along a path to becoming a self-
investigation and career coach. Her second book The Twenty-Something
Manifesto (New World Library 2008) stems from her experience coaching
and speaking to young adults and describes the developmental phases
this decade of life brings. She is also the co-author of Chicken Soup for
the Twenty-Something Soul (HCI Books, 2008).
As a public speaker and seminar leader, Hassler is passionate
about inspiring and motivating audiences to uncover their purpose in
life. Christine has recently been featured as a guest on THE TODAY SHOW,
CNN, as well as various local television and radio shows. Read more

Who do you think you are?

I think that will be a question that I continue to for answer the rest of my
life as I believe self-discovery is an eternal mission. At this point, who I
am is really simple; “I am” is me. I’ve spent so much of my life comparing
myself to other people, trying to meet external standards, or chasing
expectations to figure out who I am, so it’s such a relief to be at this
point and say: Who I am is Christine and that’s it!
