and they go deep. They recruit people to their dream and they build orga-
nizations and networks capable of making a difference. Theirs is a cho-
sen purpose. Is it also a pre-ordained purpose? Very few of the success-
ful people I talk to see it this way. Meaning and purpose are things that
they mindfully choose. They live with integrity to meaning. That is to
say they manage their thoughts and actions in service of this meaning
and their chosen purpose. In this way they live the fully accountable life.
