Steve Keough is a well-established life coach and business coach. He’s
a masters certified coach, which means that he’s logged in over 20,000
hours of coaching. Steve has an MBA in business, and has been a
business coach for many successful companies.
Steve founded a company called Business Coach Alliance. This
company has offices in Boston, Dallas, and Los Angeles and employs
business coaches all over the country. Steve is also the executive director
of SuccessTracs, a division of Peak Potentials. One of the seminars that
Peak Potentials provides is called Life Directions. This seminar actually

Who do you think you are?

I think I am a naturally gifted leader with a lot of talents. I’m a believer.
God has given me many gifts, particularly with regards to the human
condition. I’ve been told I’m a great motivator and fairly innovative with
my ideas. By and large, I’m a person who’s in service to others and it
comes across in the form of coaching, which I’ve been doing now for
about fifteen years.
At the core, who I really am as a person is someone with three
very important values. The first one is courage, and I’m not sure yet
whether it’s courage in a brave way or courage in a dumb way to do
things in a way that others won’t do. I haven’t really figured that out just
yet. The second is freedom. In other words, I have the ability to do what
I would like to do, which is to make a difference to people. The third
piece is to be independent. And while these two are very similar, the
independence means that I’m able to do it my way. Not necessarily in an
