80 Who Do You Think You Are?


book, The Art of Comedy, Getting Serious about Being Funny. It’s
definitely a validation of my message.
More than that is living life to the fullest every day and opening
up new horizons inside myself. As we all know, life is completely an
inside job, and I’ve always been drawn to those who can inspire my
inner growth. That has always been first and foremost in my life. It’s
about being in synchronicity with those I feel a connection with, where
others can help me feel my own deeper connection with truth, love and
expansion.


What events or series of events led to your discovery?


I was an only child growing up in the city of Philadelphia, and I felt
there were certainly areas that were very gray to me. Upon reflection,
it probably wasn’t the perfect environment, but I think I grew up
learning what didn’t work for me. In my teen years I tried everything
that was trendy like smoking, drugs, and alcohol. Fortunately I was
terrible at being trendy. I did it, I didn’t feel good about it, and
couldn’t figure out why I didn’t feel good about it. I was desperately
trying to fit in and trying to be someone I was not.
Then I came to California, and got into transcendental
meditation, which I’ve been doing twice a day for over 20 years. That
led me to eating extremely healthy, and watching what I put in my
body. My main focus was to have my body feeling as great as possible
and that led me to embracing the world of exercise. I speak on the
topic of optimum health and well-being, and it’s truly all about the
balance of mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. One thing led me
to another. It was like connecting the dots in my life. Transcendental
meditation led me to Arnold Ehret’s Mucousless Diet, which allowed
me to purify my nervous system and purify my body. This led me to a
plethora of seminars. You name a seminar, and I’ve done it. I’ve done
a lot of personal growth work and am very proud of it. Attending the
Agape International Spiritual Center on a regular basis has been the
major excavation of my heart and soul. I took the classes to be a
practitioner because I was so drawn to the expansion of consciousness
available to me. My body got into the car every single Sunday to go to
Agape because my spirit undeniably wanted to be there.
I’m very clear that my heart wants to be somewhere where it
soars. I like to put myself in places where my soul and spirit are able
to play in a high vibration. Everything works together. I guess I’m
