themfromdevelopingbehaviours
thatbenefitthemlater.
Andindeed,in2011,psychologist
HalHershfield,nowatUCLA,showed
thatwhenpeoplewereurgedtothink
abouttheirlater-in-lifeselves,they
allocatedmoreresources forthe
future– suchassquirrellingaway
moremoneyfortheirretirement.In
