It can be useful to clarify options or, in decision-making to seek to
test by argument or discussion. If done in the right way clarity can
be the result.
Disagreement should be encouraged, not for its own sake of course,
but to stimulate ideas. Discussion prior to action should not be feared,
but arguing badly (for example: being personal, over pernickety,
seeking to procrastinate unnecessarily etc.) should be avoided.
