children. Resistant eggs in home can
infect other family members. Itching
when adult female migrates out of
anus at night to deposit eggs. Diagnose
by pinworm paddle or cellophane
tape prep.
Ingestion of infective egg. Ovoid ovum. 50 × 20 μm. 1 side
flattened. Colorless. Larva inside.
