Rejected Seed. The seller will be held responsible for all costs involved with the
rejected lot(s) of seed. In the event of the buyer accepting seed which deviates in
any way from the specifications stated in this Contract, the buyer reserves the right
to renegotiate the price. In case of rejection the seller will have to collect all the
rejected seed within two working days from the warehouse. Should the seller fail to
do this, the buyer reserves the right to charge demurrage for the quantity remaining
in the buyer s warehouse. No sorting or rectification is to take place in the buyer s
warehouse, but must be done outside the buyer s premises.

Applicable Law. X country law to apply.
Dispatch of Documents: One set to the buyer. Please confirm receipt of this order and
keep the buyer informed. Acceptance of this Contract entails the waiving by the seller
of its General Conditions of Sales.
This Contract will come into force after signing by both parties.
