ated, press Command-V (PC: Ctrl-V)
to paste the copied image. Press
Command-T (PC: Ctrl-T) to activate
Free Transform. If needed, press
Command-0 (zero; PC: Ctrl-0) to
expand the document edges to
reveal the bounding box. Scale the
image to fit within the composition.
Press Return (PC: Enter) when done.
Save this document for now and
go back to the original image with
the three poses.Step Five: Back in the original
image, press Command-D (PC: Ctrl-
D) to deselect the center pose, then
press Command-J (PC: Ctrl-J) to copy
the Background layer to a new layer.
Now we’re basically going to create a
luminance mask to generate a selec-
tion. Press D to set your Foreground
and Background colors to their
defaults (black and white), then go to
Image>Adjustments>Gradient Map.
