Astandardcosmotypicallycontainsvodka,lime,cranberry
and an orange-tinged sweetener such as triple sec or
Cointreau.TheDeucecrewhavereimaginedtheirs(named
theCozmo)toincludeAperol,rosella(hibiscus)syrup,apricot
brandyliqueurfromlocalsmall-batchproducerMarionette,
lemonandpomegranate.Whatsetsagoodcosmoapart
fromashittyone?“It’swell-balancedandnotsickly sweet,”
saysLehmann.“Somany[are]poorlymade.”
