The Bragg Healthy Lifestyle Gives You
Go-Power, Longevity and Happiness!
We enjoy a clean, healthy diet of raw and lightly
cooked organic vegetables and fresh fruits. We have
whole grain products when we want them, along with
raw nuts and seeds and their butters, and all the delicious
beans and legumes. We thrive on this more healthy,
natural vegetarian diet. If we felt our bodies needed flesh
foods, we would eat them. But we wish to impress upon
you to seek organically fed, antibiotic-free, drug-free and
hormone-free meats, if you do want them. The Islanders
my father met when roaming the South Seas did eat
cooked and raw fish, but those years the ocean was clean!
After all, there are no two people alike chemically.
That is the reason we must, when presenting this
Toxicless Diet, Body Purification and Healing System,
give you the basics of The Bragg Healthy Lifestyle.
Always choose the most healthy, natural foods that will
give your body the best in health! Remember, organically
grown fruits and vegetables are always best. Keep a daily
health journal ( 82 x11 notebook or 3 ring binder). See pages 112
& 133. Chart the health effects various foods have on your
performance, energy, weight, moods, well-being, etc.
By now we have made you aware that the more
organically grown fruits and vegetables – both raw and
lightly cooked – you are able to assimilate, the cleaner
and purer your bloodstream and body will become! But
you must decide just how much meat, eggs, fish and dairy
products you want. When you sincerely desire a Painless,
Tireless and Ageless Body, you will keep those foods out
of your body and thus reap more vibrant health!
When you discard all the devitalized, refined and
processed foods you are taking the greatest step towards
a healthier, longer life. This alone will help put you in a
healthier condition! Your body will become cleaner and
healthier as you progressively add more raw and lightly-
cooked vegetables and fresh fruits to your diet.
Remember, you are punished by your bad habits of living. – Paul C. Bragg
Studies show both beta-carotene and vitamin C, abundantly found in fruits
and vegetables, play vital roles in preventing heart disease and cancers.
