search indicates that the antihistamine lengthens the time that a methaqualone
dose lasts. Adverse reactions have occurred when persons take the combina-
tion along with tricyclic antidepressants.
Additional information.Methaqualone anddiazepameach have the nick-
name “Ludes,” but the drugs are different substances.
