weekend of October is dedicated to the
arboretum’s brilliant fall foliage with ColorFest, an
annual celebration of autumn, complete with
hayrides, pumpkin launching, live music, and
more. After working up an appetite, relish some
classic barbecue with a Southwestern spin at
Alexander Bullitt’s Brewery & BBQ (below), where
menu items feature traditional meat platters, Wild
Coho Bourbon Salmon, and Mexican Street Corn.
