Apple announces Up Next Live Apple Music
With the iTunes Festival a thing of the past, Apple is ramping up
its live music headline skills by hosting a series of intimate gigs
in cities across
the world, celebrating
Apple’s Music’s Up
Next monthly show.
The show highlights the
best new music talents,
featuring just one
artist every month. Up
Next Live will feature
performances from
past alumni Bad Bunny,
Daniel Caesar, Khalid,
Ashley McBryde, King
Princess, Lewis Capaldi
and Jessie Reyez. All
shows will be hosted
after hours in local
Apple stores in Milan,
San Francisco, Brooklyn,
Paris, London, Chicago
and Washington DC.The big MacBook discount for students is all
part of Apple’s Back to School promotion,
which is available to higher education
students, their parents, faculty, staff and home-school
teachers through the Apple Education Store. All you
need to do is supply proof of where you’re studying
to be eligible. The promotion also includes a pair of
qualifying Beats headphones with the purchase of any
eligible Mac or iPad, as well as education discounts on
qualifying Mac, iPad, AppleCare, select accessories and
services. In a statement, Tom Boger describes the Mac
as “the No. 1 choice among higher education students”.
