Enable permission
Security features in macOS prevent
apps from accessing certain parts of
the disk and some folders and files are
off limits. In order for EasyFind to work
properly, it must be given permission.
Open System Preferences>Security
& Privacy>Privacy. Select ‘Full Disk
Access’ and add ‘EasyFind’.Knowledge base

hiddenfilesandfoldersthatdonotappearin Finder,in system
folders,in appsandmore.Searchescanalsobecase-sensitive.When Spotlight cannot find the files you want, switch to an
alternative tool that searches in places Spotlight doesn’t

Select what to search
for in this list, such as
‘Only Files’. Choose the
‘All Words’ or ‘A ny Word’
option below, or use the
Unix-Wildcards option
for searching if you are

Ctrl+click a file to show this
menu containing useful options.
Reveal in Finder opens a Finder
window, and Open with lets you

Click again to reverse the sort
order. Ctrl+click to remove
columns or add extra ones. Use
