I studiedtheBachelorofVisualArts(FineArt)at La
TrobeUniversityfrom1997-1999.I rememberoneof
thearttechnicianssayingthathewasn’tparticularly
interestedinartpriorto1910.I ammostlyinfluenced
byartpost 1910 aswell,althoughI mustconfessI have
morerecentlybeeninfluencedbysomeofthegreat
Renaissancemastersaswell– butmoreonthatlater.
AftergainingmyundergraduatedegreeI thenwent
ontostudytheBachelorofVisualArts(FineArt)
(Honours)in 2000 andthentheGraduateDiploma
inEducation.I havetaughtinbothprimaryand
secondaryschoolsinthefollowingsubjects:Art,Film
