Once a virtual machine is clustered, you can configure a priority for the virtual
machine via the virtual machine’s properties within Failover Cluster Manager. The
property can be set to Low, Medium, or High and is used when virtual machines need
to be started, ensuring that the high-priority virtual machines start first and so on.
This is also used when there are not enough resources to start all virtual machines,
and lower-priority virtual machines can be stopped to allow higher-priority virtual
machines to start.
