longed TPN, biliary obstruction, malabsorption, liver disease; anti-
convulsant, anticoagulant use, cephalosporins, salicylates, mega-
doses vitamins A or E

Signs & Symptoms
■bleeding, easy bruising, epistaxis, hematuria, GI bleeding, signs of
anemia or menorrhagia, puncture site blood oozing
