Seep can of corned beef in hot water to melt the fat.
Leave it to the sideCut the stem from each taro leaf then wash and place
to the sideIn a medium sized mixing bowl, add diced onion, lite
coconut cream and salt to seasonOpen the can of corned beef and drain the fat (juice)
into a cup. Put the corned beef in a separate bowlPlace 2-3 taro leaves onto foil and add corned beef
mixture into the centre of the taro leavesAdd a ladle of lite coconut cream onto the corned beef
and fold taro leaves in, then wrap the foil to secure it
closedRepeat steps 5-6 until all taro leaves are usedPrepare steamer and place each parcel inside. Allow to
steam for 2 hrs01
