PASIFIKA PLATE
· ¼ pumpkin (chopped into
small chunks)
· 1 sweet potato (chopped into
small chunks)
· 4 potatoes (chopped into
small chunks)
· 2 carrots (chopped)
· 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
· 500g chicken (trim the fat
off and cut into bite sized pieces)
· 500g lamb (trim the fat off
and cut into bite sized pieces)
· 1 tbsp sweet paprika
· 1 tbsp mixed herbs
· Salt
· Pepper
Stuffing
· 4 slices wholemeal bread
· 1 tbsp garlic and herb spice
· 1 tbsp reduced salt chicken
powder
· 1 egg
· 1 tbsp butter
Wrapping
· 8 cabbage leaves (may
double to secure)
