Method
Wrap the cabbage leaf to close and
place the closed side down onto
the tray
Repeat steps 7 and 8 until all mixture
is used
Cover the tray with foil and place it
into the oven at 200°C for 1 hr to
complete
Prepare a large bowl, add all the
chopped vegetables, season with
sweet paprika, mixed herbs, salt and
pepper and add extra virgin olive oil
Mix the vegetables to combine all
ingredients
In a separate bowl, place the chopped
chicken and lamb together and season
with paprika, mixed herbs, salt, pepper
and mix to combine
In a separate bowl, pull the wholemeal
bread apart into crumb sized pieces
Season the breadcrumbs with garlic
and herb spice, add reduced salt
chicken powder, egg, butter and mix
to combine
To prepare the cabbage leaf, blanch it
in a pan with hot water until soft
Place the cabbage on a tray and fill it
from the centre with the meat
mixture, stuffing and vegetables
