place the closed side down onto
the trayRepeat steps 7 and 8 until all mixture
is usedCover the tray with foil and place it
into the oven at 200°C for 1 hr to
completePrepare a large bowl, add all the
chopped vegetables, season with
sweet paprika, mixed herbs, salt and
pepper and add extra virgin olive oilMix the vegetables to combine all
ingredientsIn a separate bowl, place the chopped
chicken and lamb together and season
with paprika, mixed herbs, salt, pepper
and mix to combineIn a separate bowl, pull the wholemeal
bread apart into crumb sized piecesSeason the breadcrumbs with garlic
and herb spice, add reduced salt
chicken powder, egg, butter and mix
to combineTo prepare the cabbage leaf, blanch it
in a pan with hot water until softPlace the cabbage on a tray and fill it
from the centre with the meat
