from the stem and place it in hot water for 2-3 mins
to softenPlace the banana leaf into a deep dishPour the pumpkin mixture into the banana leaf and
wrap the leaf to close, sealing it with skewers to holdPlace in the oven to cook for 20–30 mins or until firm01
