Peel and mash bananas in a bowl with a fork
Prepare a pot on medium to high heat, add the
bananas into the pot, add water and stir to combine
the ingredients
Add tapioca pearls or sago into the pot and stir
to combine
Allow it to cook for 10-15 mins, or until the tapioca
pearls or sago turns transparent
Add some water if the consistency is thick
Continue to stir the pot to ensure the tapioca pearls
or sago do not stick to the bottom of the pot while
waiting for the tapioca pearls or sago to cook through
Add lemon juice and continue stirring
Once the tapioca pearls or sago is transparent, pour
lite coconut milk into the pot and stir to combine
and complete
