Cut the watermelon into medium sized chunks and
remove the flesh from the skin
Grate each chunk of watermelon flesh into a bowl
Pour in crushed pineapple
Pour in lite coconut milk
Add shredded coconut into the mixture
Add handful of ice into the bowl and mix to combine
all the ingredients
Cut a lime in half and squeeze the juice into the bowl
Mix to combine all the ingredients and complete
