Meat Patty
Preheat oven to 180°CIn a medium sized bowl add carrots, parsley,
onion, lean beef mince, breadcrumbs, sugar and
salt reduced tomato sauce and eggUsing your hands or a spoon, mix the ingredients
well until all elements are combinedSection the mixture into medium sized balls and
place on a baking sheetPreheat a pan on high, and spray with olive oilPlace the meat balls in the pan, pressing down to
slightly flatten, and sear the top and bottomOnce seared transfer the meatballs to a tray and
bake in the oven for 10 minsPreparing the bun
Place wholemeal buns on the pan to toast for
5 minsPrep the tomato, cucumber, lettuce leaves and
beetroot to assemble on the bunOnce meat patty is cooked, arrange the burger
with the prepped vegetables to complete01

· 6 wholemeal buns
· 1 tomato (sliced)
· 1 cucumber (sliced)
· 3-4 lettuce leaves
· 2-3 beetroot slices
· Tasty light cheese slices
