Pasifika Flavours tells the story of Pacific
cooking through over 20 recipes that
embody the beautiful cross-cultural
exchange of the islands and Aotearoa.
We have explored the many Pasifika
cultures and influences alike that have
come together to create the cuisine of
our beloved homelands. This cookbook
features many tasty traditional recipes,
such as Bua Toro Ni Baukin with home
made coconut cream, Sapasui with a hint
of fresh produce, sweet island desserts
and so much more.
Many of the recipes in this cookbook
have been passed down from generation
to generation. They have been created,
adapted and inspired from the many
cultures and traditions that represent the
team here in the Good Start Program.
