p. 216).
For Exercise 4a, create a score which gives detailed instructions to the
performers, but also gives them some freedom about how to complete
the score. In devising the instructions, you will need to exercise some
imagination about possible outcomes. You may wish to use the score by
Jackson Mac Low, below, as a model, or devise your own.
