NOW TRY THIS

SEE YOURSELF AS A “GHOST”
When you look out of the window during the day,
you can see what’s outside, but at night you only see
your reflection. You don’t see your reflection in the
day because it’s much fainter than the light outside.
However, at a certain time between day and night—
around dusk—you’ll see your reflection and what’s
outside mixed together. You will look like a ghost!

HOW DID IT WORK?
Windows are made of
glass because glass is
see-through. However,
glass is also a little like a
mirror—it reflects things.
By arranging the light,
glass, and mirrors in a
certain way, the audience
sees a reflection of an
actor under the stage.

to be a ghost.

Mirrored glass redirects
ghost image to the stage and
also enables audience to see
it through the glass.

SEEING THE GHOST WOULD MAKE
YOU SCREAM!

WOW!
