BAG
You have probably seen the famous
magic trick where an assistant is
poked with swords without being
harmed. Here’s a similar amazing feat
using a plastic bag and some pencils.
Fill the bag two-
thirds full with(^1) water and zip it up.
YOU WILL NEED
- Ziplock plastic bag
Water
Sharp pencils

Hold the bag firmly
in one hand. Use your
other hand to push a
sharp pencil through
the bag, into the water,
and out the other side.
If it’s easier, have an
assistant hold the bag
for you—but be careful
not to poke them!The pencil goes
through the
bag... and no
water leaks!WARNING
