WATER

Rub the balloon

on your hair. After

rubbing for a

while, your hair

should stick to

the balloon!

Hold the cup

over a sink or

bowl and fill

it with water.

Watch it flow

out of the hole

in a thin stream.

Turn a paper cup upside

down and carefully make

a hole in the bottom of it

with a sharp pencil.
