STITCH GUIDE

Long double crochet (long dc): Yo,

working in front of last 2 rows, insert hook

from top to bottom in flo of indicated

st 3 rows below, yo, pull up lp, [yo, draw

through 2 lps] 2 times.

Join with single crochet (sc-join):

Make slipknot and place lp on hook, insert

hook in indicated st, yo and pull up a lp, yo,

draw through 2 lps on hook.

FRONT/BACK (MAKE 1 EACH)

With A, ch 105. Foundation row 1: Sc in

2nd ch from hook and in each rem ch

across, turn—104 sc. Foundation row 2:

Ch 1, sc across, change color to B (see

Notes), turn. Foundation row 3: With B,

ch 1, sc in first st, *sc blo in next sc; rep

from * across to last st, sc in both lps

of last st, turn. Foundation row 4: Rep

foundation Row 2, change color to A.

Row 1: With A, ch 1, sc in first st, sc blo in

next 5 sts, *long dc (see Stitch Guide) in

next 2 sts, sc blo in next 8 sts; rep from *

across to last 8 sts, long dc in next 2 sts,

sc blo in next 5 sts, sc in both lps of last

st, turn—84 sc, 20 long dc. Row 2: Ch 1,

sc across, change color to B, turn— 104

sc. Row 3: Ch 1, sc in first st, long dc in

next 2 sts, *sc blo in next 8 sts, long dc in

next 2 sts; rep from * across to last st, sc

in both lps of last st, turn—82 sc, 22 long

dc. Row 4: Rep Row 2, change color to A,

turn—104 sc. Rows 5–108: Rep last 4 rows

26 times. Row 109: Rep Row 2. Do not

fasten off.

EDGING

Ch 1, *sc across to corner, rotate to work

in row-ends, sc evenly spaced across to

corner**, rotate to work across beg ch; rep

from * once, ending rep at **, sl st in first sc

to join. Fasten off.

FINISHING

Holding front and back with WS tog,

working through both thicknesses, with B,

sc-join (see Stitch Guide) in first st on any

side, sc around 3 sides, insert pillow form,

sc in each rem st across, sl st in first sc to

join. Fasten off.
