23 Roll out a thin layer of blue Saracinoand cut out a tie shape, 15cm long,2.5cm wide at the top and 5cm wide atits widest. Using your Dresden tool adddiagonal lines to the tie.24 Cut out a small piece of blue pasteto make the top knot which is 7.6cmwide and 1.9cm tall, then add diagonaldetails with a Dresden tool. Attach theknot to the length of the tie.25 Mix up some Rolkem silver andvodka/extract and paint the detailsonto the tie.26 Add dowels to the base skirt cakeand attach the top cake using royalicing to secure it.``````27 Attach the tie by securing at the topwith edible glue/water, then add to thetie, making sure that it isn’t completelyflush so that the buttons are still visible.``````28 Roll out 100g of black Saracino andcut a rectangle which is 12.7cm x 21.6cmin size. Check against cake to make sureit fits, then fold over top of the rectangleto create the collar of the blazer. Trim theend on a diagonal and use stitching toolto add the details. Wet the top of the cakeand side then add the left of the blazer sothat the top sits slightly above the top ofthe cake. Arrange the front so that it sitsslightly away from the cake.``````29 Repeat the same for the right handside of the blazer and attach, makingsure that the front part of the blazerdoesn’t hide the pocket.``````30 Roll out some more of the bluemodelling paste and cut out the shapeof the badge, width 3.8cm and length5cm. Using the stitching tool addstitching detail all around the outside ofthe badge.``````31 Roll out 10g of black modellingpaste and cut out two circles and a thin1cm x 3cm strip of paste. Attach to theleft of the blazer using edible glue/water and stick the circles and thinrectangle of paste on to the design.``````32 Airbrush the shading details usingeither dark grey or black airbrush paint.Starting with the pocket and waistlineof the skirt.``````33 Airbrush between the pleats andaround the stitching at the bottom ofthe skirt. Finally, add shading aroundthe collar, inside of the coat and aroundthe tie.
