You won’t believe how easy it is to
make this impressive layered dessert.
All you need is a stove, a fridge,
and a little bit of patience.

½ teaspoon salt in a medium

large saucepan over medium
heat. Turn off heat and pour milk
into egg mixture while whisking
continuously. Pour egg mixture
back to the pan, and cook over
medium heat until thick. Pour
custard into a bowl, place plastic
wrap directly on the surface, and
chill. Prepare 3 (90-gram) packs
