For those who know Tim, it perhaps pays
homage to the club scene where he found
initial success. The open design allows for
the host and his guests to remain engaged in
conversation, whether they’re by the bar or the
sofa. In this space, guests can linger and bask
in the sparkle of Tim’s other world. Nearby is a
narrow staircase that leads to the more private
