Peppermint


Mocha Frappé
Trust us, Santa will surely
appreciate this cool bev on the
busiest night of the year!

Serves 1 to 2
Prep Time 5 minutes

 2 cups ice cubes
 1 cup brewed coffee or cold
brew coffee, or more to taste
 ½ cup fresh milk
 1 tablespoon store-bought
peppermint syrup
(we used Torani)
 2 tablespoons chocolate
syrup (we used Hershey’s)
 1 tablespoon sugar syrup
 whipped cream and shaved
chocolate, to top

1 Blend ice cubes, coffee, milk,
peppermint syrup, chocolate
syrup, and sugar syrup in a
blender until smooth. Add more
coffee if desired.
2 Pour into glasses. Top with
whipped cream and sprinkle
with chocolate shavings.

MAKE YOUR OWN
PEPPERMINT SYRUP
by adding 1 teaspoon
peppermint essence to
sugar syrup (1 cup sugar
dissolved in 1 cup water
over low heat).
