4 Earl Grey tea bags
2 tablespoons
unsweetened
powdered gelatin
¼ cup sugar


FOR THE PANNA COTTA
2 tablespoons
unsweetened
powdered gelatin
2 cups all-
purpose cream
1½ cups milk
¼ cup orange-

½ cup sugar
zest from 1 orange


1 Make the tea jelly: Heat
4 cups water in a medium
saucepan until just about
