Keeping busy in

front of the camera in

recent years has left

THE BOLD & THE

BEAUTIFUL’s Court-

ney Hope (Sally) with a

little less time to pursue

her other passion:

teaching fitness class-

es. “Former clients and

fans have been asking

me for years now to put

together some exercis-

es [on video] so I can

continue teaching in

some shape or form,”

she explains. Hope’s

solution has been to oc-

casionally videotape

herself during some of

her at-home workouts

and post them on-line.

“I work out on a daily

basis, so I decided to

record the exercises I

like to do and talk about

nutrition and other

things that inspire me,”

she says. “I do like

teaching and being an

advocate for health and

wellness, so this is a re-

ally opportune way for

me to do that.”
