unoptimized KBCG, predicted optimized re-
sponse and KB, respectively (Fig. 5 ).
Further effects on other responses such as
Log CFU/ml and Fusarium growth inhibition
(mm) were performed at 72 and 84 h, and found
Log CFU value (14 Log CFU/ml) and inhibition
(14 mm) value were higher at 84 h as compared
to 13 Log CFU/ml and 11 mm, respectively, at
72 h. These results also suggest that inhibition of
F. udum may be a contribution of combination of
other metabolites of P. aeruginosa p-15 also.
There are several reports on the optimiza-
