That’s unbelievable!

*Rubbish! The animal has been identified as a chimaera – a type of fish also

known as a ghost shark. The existence of dragons has not yet been proven...

Toilet turned into tiny theatre
Public loos in Newport, Wales, have been transformed into an unusual
performance space. Janet Martin spent £70,000 on the building, replacing the
facilities with a pocket-sized stage and seating for 35 people. Since opening in
2019, the former toilet block has hosted actors, comedians and musicians. Martin
told the BBC, “I did have to spend an awful lot of money to get to this point. Now
it’s the smallest performance space in Wales.” The theatre is named the Phyllis
Maud Performance Space in honour of Martin’s aunt, who died in 2017.

A cliff with a
stony expression.

Walkers on a coastal path in Cornwall, England, have reported spotting a huge
human face staring out to sea from the side of a cliff. Although it looks like it’s
been deliberately carved from the cliff, it’s probably the result of a recent rock
fall. Louise Coe, whose husband noticed it, took some photos of the massive
mimetolith (the word for a natural rock feature that resembles a living thing)
and described it as a “brilliant sight”.

Man finds gigantic “mutant crisp”
A man who found a 15 centimetre-long crisp has pledged to sell the supersized
snack to raise funds for charities helping refugees from Ukraine. Michael Landford
made the surprising discovery when he went in search of a midnight treat. He told
The Sun newspaper, “I put my hand in the bag and clasped onto the first crisp I
could find. It was the first one to come out and it kept going
and going.” Landford decided not to eat the whopping
snack and it is now in a safe place ready to be auctioned.

Fisherman finds baby dragon
Roman Fedortsov is famous for sharing photos of the strange sea creatures he
finds on his fishing trips. His deep-sea discoveries include a mushroom-like
orange anemone with googly eyes and a fearsome-looking fish with human-
like teeth. However, in March, Fedortsov was stunned to land a “baby dragon”.
The pale pink creature had large eyes, a long tail and what looked like wings
sticking out from its sides. The image has so far racked up more than 23,000
likes on Instagram – but is this bizarre beast really evidence that dragons exist
or are we just blowing smoke?*

Is it a fish or
