7.4 Endophytic Bacterial Genomics
Till now, very few bacterial endophytes have been sequenced to know their
genomic map. There are several bacterial endophytes such asEnterobactersp. 638,
Stenotrophomonas maltophilia R551-3, Pseudomonas putida W619, Serratia
proteamaculans568 andMethylobacterium populiBJ001 still under investigation
to assess their genomic sequences (http://www.jgi.doe.gov/).Azoarcussp. strain
