unwilling to submit to the authority of the actual words of Scripture and
simply changes the teaching of Scripture again and again.
Changing the plain words of Scripture into their opposite by claim-
ing that they are an example of “humor” is another way to undermine
the authority of Scripture. It is another step on the path toward
liberalism.
