69(d) Type peptographer.pl alldata.pmap and press <enter> (or
use the fi lename you renamed alldata.pmap to). It may take
some time to run, depending on the complexity of your
data and the speed of your CPU.- If peptographer.pl completed successfully, a new folder called
alldata was generated (or whatever your .pmap fi le was called). - Open this folder in File Explorer and double-click on the
PROTOMAP_Browser.html fi le. This will open a browser
interface that should permit you to easily search or browse
your peptographs (Fig. 4 ).
