data can help somewhat to overcome these shortcomings.
Another type of graphical plot used to analyze kinetic data is the Hanes–
Woolf plot (Fig. 4.3). In this case, [S]/nis plotted along they-axis and [S] is
plotted along thex-axis. For this plot, thex-intercept =Km, they-intercept
=Km/Vmaxand the slope of the best-fit line estimates 1/Vmax. The Hanes–Woolf
