  1. Phosphoproteome: Sample Preparation 45

  • P10 pipette tip

  • 20 gauge blunt-point needle (#90520, Hamilton)

  • Plunger for 20 gauge needle (#13205, Hamilton)

  • Emphore SDB-XC disk (#2340, 3M)

  • 16 gauge blunt-point needle (#90516, Hamilton)

  • Plunger for 16 gauge needle (#1122-01, Hamilton)

  • P200 pipette tip

  • 1.5 mL microcentrifuge tube

Procedure:

I. Use 20G needle to cut the C8 disc, and then push the disc into the P10
tip by plunger (leave around 1 mm distance from the end of the tip)
(Figs. 1(a)–1(c)).
II. Use 16 gauge needle to cut the SDB-XC disc, and then push the
membrane into the P200 tip by plunger (Figs. 1(d)–1(e)).
III. Bore one large and one small hole on the cap of 1.5 mL tube. The large
hole is for inserting StageTip. The small hole is for ventilation.
