48 A Practical Guide to Cancer Systems Biology

XIX. Elutepeptides by adding 20μLsolutionB, 1,000×gfor1minute.
XX. Transfer the eluted samples to a new 1.5 mL tube. Sample can be
stored at 20◦C for one month.
Hint: Post-fractionation of phosphopeptide samples can be per-
formed to increase the number of identified phosphopeptides

XXI. Vacuum dry the samples.
XXII. Dissolve peptides by 0.1 % TFA and subject to LC-MS/MS.
