Procedure
Access galaxy
First, start the web browser and go to the Galaxy Project’s public server
page, https://usegalaxy.org/. This is the main public Galaxy server main-
tained by the Galaxy Project team. The first interface you will encounter
is the “Analyze Data” which is divided into four main parts (Fig. 2). The
masthead contains the help, account setting, and shared data pages. On the
left panel is the Tool menu, listing the available tools and software in Galaxy.
The users’ analysis histories are listed on the right panel. The middle panel is
the tool interface which allows the users to select input datasets, to configure
tool parameters, and to view the analysis results.
