Kinase/phosphatase–phosphosite association network


Kinase/phosphatase–substrate association is the basic component of the
signaling transduction. To associate kinases or phosphatase with substrates
identified in the form of individual phosphorylation sites, DynaPho applies a
correlation-based method, which calculate the phosphorylation correlations
to infer these associations.^9
