Appendix C: Stakeholder Analysis Tool
Teams should spend time identifying and engaging stakeholders early in the EBP
process. Failure to adequately identify and engage stakeholders could negatively
impact the project. Although stakeholders may change over the life of the EBP
project, the team would be well served to perform a thorough assessment before
beginning. Figure 11.3 demonstrates a stakeholder analysis (see Appendix C) for
the sample project.
